Roger Gildehaus started his retail career with Wal-Mart stores in 1973 and retired after 26 years, 14 of which he spent as an officer with the company. He opened Macadoodles in Pineville, Missouri in 1997. He loves working on the floor of the business so much, he considers it a hobby right along with the golf he plays when time permits. Roger currently serves on the board of Signature Bank of Bentonville and Lifeline of NWA. His favorite three ladies are his wife, Christie and his daughters, Brittney and Jennifer.
